We looked for an ordinance designating a public street for golf carts in Oak Hill and did not find one. A standard cart under 20 mph stays on private property under F.S. 316.212 until a street is designated, and a titled low-speed vehicle under F.S. 316.2122 may use any street posted 35 mph or less.
