What moves a price inside its range
- Pack voltage and battery brand. A 48V pack of premium Trojan 8-volts costs more than a 36V pack of value 6-volts. That is the biggest swing in the whole price list.
- Cart type. LSVs from ICON and Evolution use different controllers, onboard chargers, and lithium battery-management systems than an older Club Car DS. Parts cost more and diagnostics take longer.
- Lifted and modified carts. Bigger tires, custom wheels, and aftermarket controllers add parts cost and sometimes labor.
